We do not list coffees, we choose roasters first. Each one is spotted for the consistency of their work, then we taste their lots before putting them in the store. We look for roasters who stand out: innovative, with strong convictions.

Every week, a new roaster arrives in the store with their own selection. That is the heart of Singular Coffee, rather than a fixed catalogue. In practice, you can drink a different coffee with every order without ever leaving the top of the range.

We do not keep dormant stock. Coffees arrive from the roasters in small batches and leave quickly, freshly roasted.

Because it is not the same product. Our coffees are traced back to the farm or washing station, bought at prices that give producers a living, and roasted in batches of a few kilos by craftspeople who adjust their profile bean by bean. And we sell at the roaster’s own price, no more, no less.

Yes. Prices range from about €12 to €40 per 250g, depending on the rarity of the lot and the work of the farm. You will find excellent everyday coffees and exceptional micro-lots. For subscriptions, plans start at €13.90 a month and you can switch range whenever you like.

Each coffee is offered in the roast profile that suits it: espresso, filter, sometimes both. You can filter the store by brewing method, and choose the grind when you order: whole bean, fine ground for espresso, coarse ground for filter.
