TERMS OF SALE

1. Seller identification Singular Coffee, SAS with share capital of €1,000, 42 rue des Maraîchers, 75020 Paris, France. SIRET: 934 309 253 00029, VAT: FR57 934 309 253. Contact: hello@singular.coffee

2. Scope These Terms of Sale apply to any order placed on the singular.coffee website by a non-professional consumer residing in France or in the European Union.

3. Products The products offered are specialty coffees (whole bean and ground) and recurring subscriptions. Descriptions and photographs are provided for information only and are not contractually binding.

4. Prices Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Singular Coffee reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.

5. Orders An order is confirmed once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. Singular Coffee reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an availability or payment issue.

6. Subscriptions The monthly subscription is delivered every 28 days and renews automatically. The customer can change or cancel their subscription at any time from their customer account, free of charge, before the next billing date. The 3, 6 and 12-month gift plans are paid in full when ordering and end at the close of the chosen period, with no renewal.

7. Payment Payment is due when ordering. Transactions are secured through Shopify Payments. Singular Coffee does not store any bank details.

8. Delivery Orders are shipped within the times shown on the website when the order is placed. In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed by email. If the delay exceeds 7 business days, the customer may cancel their order and receive a full refund.

9. Right of withdrawal In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. Products must be returned in their original condition. Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Exception: Perishable or unsealed food products are not subject to the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

10. Legal guarantees The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

12. Governing law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
