Our featured roasters
⭐ Roaster of the week
Dak Coffee Roasters 🇳🇱
Dutch roastery founded by a duo of Canadians. Coffees with names as colourful as ever, as enjoyable to read as to drink.
KB Coffee Roasters 🇫🇷
Nicolas Piégay founded KB on returning from a trip to Australia. The name "KB" is a tribute to the Australian kookaburra bird, symbolising that inspiration.
Kaffeelix 🇦🇹
Felix Teiretzbacher has been roasting since 2012 in St. Pölten, far from Vienna and under the radar. World Roasting Champion in 2022, his formidably clean cup profiles speak for themselves.
Bell Lane Coffee 🇮🇪
Stephen Bell, made redundant three times, founded Bell Lane in 2012 in Mullingar, a small town in the Irish Midlands. With Niko Sunko at the helm, they bet on emerging producers rather than safe bets.
Replica 🇧🇪
Jasper and Ester roast refined, light coffees, naturals or washed. Convoluted fermentations are banned.
Gringo Nordic Coffee Roasters 🇸🇪
Johan Ekfeldt built Johan & Nyström into a giant of Swedish specialty coffee, then left it all behind. With Gringo Nordic, founded in 2018 in Gothenburg, he went back to basics: roasting himself, hands in the beans.
Dark Arts Coffee 🇬🇧
Brad Morrison, a New Zealander and former barista, has been roasting since 2014 under a railway arch in Homerton. The occult, choppers and heavy metal on the bags, clean and precise coffees inside.
Noma Kaffe 🇩🇰
Noma Kaffe is the coffee of restaurant noma, five times crowned best restaurant in the world: Carolyne Lane chooses it uncompromisingly, on her yearly trips to the producers, and has it roasted in Copenhagen with the same extreme standards as in noma's kitchen.
