Is my coffee subscription commitment-free?
Yes, completely. You can cancel your subscription at any time, in one click from your customer account. No minimum term, no cancellation fees.
When will I receive my coffee?
Your first delivery ships within 24 hours of your order. After that, you receive your coffee every 28 days. You can postpone or skip a delivery at any time from your account.
How do you choose the coffees in my subscription?
Every month, we select several roasters that we feature on our site. There are usually between 3 and 5 roasters available at the same time in our selection. When your delivery is triggered every 28 days, we select the coffee or coffees that match your profile: brewing method, flavour preferences and range.
Can I receive the same coffee twice?
No. We make sure you have different coffees to taste with every delivery.
How many different coffees do I receive in one delivery?
Singular's goal is to help you discover new coffees. If you have a 250g/month subscription, you will receive 1 coffee per delivery. If you have 500g/month or more, you will receive an assortment of coffees, all different.
What is the difference between the Discovery, Signature and Rare ranges?
All our ranges offer specialty coffees scored 80+. What changes is the level of rarity, and therefore the price of the coffee you receive each month. Discovery gives you excellent everyday coffees at an accessible price. Signature goes a step further with signature coffees, often from renowned roasters and more limited lots. Rare gives you access to grand cru coffees (micro-lots, rare varieties, exceptional profiles), the very top of the Singular selection.
Can I get ground coffee?
Yes. When setting up your subscription, choose the "Ground" option and we will adapt the grind to your brewing method.
Do you offer a whole bean coffee subscription?
Yes, whole bean or ground, your choice when you set it up. Whole beans keep their aromas longer; if you choose ground, we set the grind to your brewing method.
Can I change my subscription along the way?
Yes, at any time. Change your range, quantity, grind or flavour preferences from your customer account.
You can also cancel or pause at any time.
How much does delivery cost?
Mondial Relay pickup point:
- €2.90 for subscriptions under €25
- €1.90 from €25 to €45
- €0.90 from €45 to €60
- free from €60.

What is the difference between Singular Coffee and a regular roaster?
Singular Coffee is a curator: we do not roast ourselves, we select the best coffees from hundreds of craft roasters around the world. Every month, you discover new roasters and new coffees: a variety that no single roaster can offer.
Are your coffees freshly roasted?
Yes, always. You will always receive your coffees within their optimal tasting window.
This can vary between roasters, but a coffee is generally considered excellent between 3 and 7 weeks after roasting.
Can you give a coffee subscription as a gift?
Yes: put together their gift subscription (range, quantity, length from 3 to 12 months and first shipping date), prepaid in one go with no renewal, or give a gift card. Visit our gift a coffee subscription page.
Is the Singular subscription a coffee box?
Yes, in spirit: every month, you receive a selection of specialty coffee at home, like a coffee box. But it only contains the essentials: coffee scored 80+, chosen from a new roaster with every delivery, freshly roasted, whole bean or ground. And always with no commitment.
